  • Private Chef: We can come to your home to be your chef for any size meal from 2 to 200 and more. We will handle everything from planning menu, cooking serving and clean up. I have done hundreds of weddings, Wine Tasting dinners and functions over 5000 people. 
  • Menu development: Give the people what they want.  Making money is the result of this simple rule. We will help make this happen.  We will tune-up your menu and make it become what  your guests come for day after day. This design will also lead to new guests.  Signature dishes and concepts that are unique are part of this process as well.  
  • Menu engineering and Costing: The menu engineering process starts with a complete costing and profit margins of your menu. Food cost controls are important but at the end of the day the profit margins go to the bank. We can take you there!! We find the right products for you to save on expenses but keep high quality standards. 
  • Systems, standards and procedure implementation: Chef Nicky will help you set these. For success these must be clear to the staff and enforced at all times. standards must never fall. We will make all the needed forms for inventory, food cost and food and supply ordering. They will  give you, the owner control of your business.
  • Staff training and team building: This is our area of experience. To set standards we must train, inform, explain to your staff  why they are so important.  We can make your staff the best in the business. 
  • Concept revitalization: Maybe you just need a little boost. Another love of ours. Is to lend a helping hand. After an initial assessment, we make a list of  changes or recommendations that we feel will take  your operation and profit to the next level.
